Физическое лицо сдает в аренду лицу юридическому нежилые помещения на основании договора аренды.        При этом на протяжении 8 месяцев 2012 года юридическое лицо не совершало месячных арендных платежей. Физическое же лицо ввиду непоступления платежей не перечисляло налог на доходы физических лиц за указанный период.
