Transportation on terms of TIR Convention [UA]
Ситуація: 1.      ТОВ «А». що перебуває на загальній системі оподаткування уклало договір транспортного експедирування з ТОВ «Б» (також загальна система оподаткування). 2.      У рамках виконання договору ТОВ «Б» уклало договір перевезення з ФОП на спрощеній системі оподаткування щодо перевезення вантажу на умовах конвенції МДП. 3.      На підтвердження виконання договору ФОП надав документи: рахунок, акт приймання-передачі послуг та транспортну накладну CMR.
