 О необходимости регистрации права пользования и права передачи в аренду недвижимого имущества, внесенного в уставный капитал ООО. В предыдущей статье был описан порядок внесения в уставный капитал ООО имущественных прав пользования и передачи в аренду недвижимого имущества, принадлежащего физическому лицу (далее – Имущественные права), а также плюсы такой схемы в разрезе оптимизации налогообложения. Мы удостоверились, что подобная схема разрешена законодательно, имеет существенные преимущества, и является довольно простой. В то же время, непростым вопросом данной схемы является вопрос необходимости  и порядка государственной регистрации имущественных прав, которые возникают у созданного юридического лица.
