  Не так давно нормами ПК України було встановлено нові правила щодо регулювання діяльності платників єдиного податку (надалі – платники ЄП) і актуальними є питання щодо ефективного застосування деяких схем зменшення податкового навантаження на платника. Це можуть бути як нові схеми, так і ті, що використовувалися до 2011 року. Зокрема раніше популярною схемою податкового планування у сфері торгівлі була наступна схема: 1. Юридична особа на загальній системі оподаткування укладає договір комісії з юридичною особою-платником ЄП, або ж навіть ФОП-єдинником щодо продажу товару за винагороду. 2.  Юридична особа на загальній системі здійснює постачання при цьому вартість товару вказувалася якомога меншою. 3.   Платник..
